Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) Navigation 

At H.O.P.E. Wins Detroit, we understand that safety is a critical part of the healing journey for survivors of crime and violence. For many survivors, protecting personal information, especially home addresses, is essential to maintaining safety, privacy, and peace of mind.

As an official Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) enrollment partner, we support survivors in understanding and accessing ACP services designed to keep their location confidential. ACP programs, available in many states, provide a substitute address that can be used for public records, helping reduce the risk of being located by individuals who have caused harm.

We walk alongside survivors to:

  • Understand what the Address Confidentiality Program is and how it works

  • Determine eligibility and whether ACP is the right fit for their safety needs

  • Navigate the application and enrollment process with clarity and support

  • Explore additional safety planning resources and protections

Our approach is survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for each individual’s unique circumstances. While H.O.P.E. Wins Detroit is not the ACP program itself, we are a trusted enrollment partner providing guidance, education, and hands-on support to help survivors make informed decisions about their safety.
